Our Process
Step 1
Fill out the form in the “Contact Us” tab and specify the job description of the role you are looking to fill. Once you click SUBMIT, our team will then receive your filled out form via email. Prior to the end of the following business day, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your request, in addition to the following information:
- The rate of the offshore staff.
- Invoicing process.
- Initial meeting invitation for a quick discussion (Via teams meeting or phone call)
Step 2
We’ll send you a resume of our top 3 candidates, and you’ll choose who to interview and hire.
Finding skilled professionals in the Philippines is a specialty of our team. We will carry out the hiring process and do initial interviews and give you a short list of candidates that meet the job description’s requirements. You have full discretion as to which applicants you’d want to interview and hire in the end. You are under no obligation to move further until you are certain that they are the ideal candidate for the position.
Step 3
We take care of your new workers payroll, time sheeting and invoice you in Australian Dollars.
We will handle the HR part, set up your new staff in our payroll system, and make sure they complete daily timesheets after you’ve chosen them.
