Assist with file management and ensure consistent reviews of files

Drafting and sending legal documents and correspondence.
Administrative Assistant
Answers phone calls and emails
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Schedules meetings
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Financial Planning (Paraplanner & Financial Planning Assistants)
Assisting with client enquiries
Providing administrative assistance to the team as and when required
Preparation of client review reports
Assistance with drafting SoAs and RoAs
Ensuring ongoing compliance requirements are being met
